We created this studio after realising how difficult it is to hire top Product Designers in tech, and how often digital agencies operate at a pace that is misaligned with startups. Companies were forced to choose between speed and strategy. Lysch was created to bridge that gap: a Product Design studio for the AI era, built with a process designed to handle uncertainty, tight timelines, and shifting priorities.
