Hi, we are Amanda Elyss, Henrique Sanches, and Thiago Achatz, the founders of Lysch. Well, at least in spirit. Thiago doesn’t have a photo with us yet, but we promise he exists.
I am Amanda, leading design and making sure our projects actually come to life. Henrique, my design partner, is the mind behind craft, detail, and thoughtful design choices. Thiago, our business partner, handles all the commercial and financial side, making sure ideas are viable and projects succeed. Together we are building (and designing) Lysch.
We started Lysch because we saw a problem. Hiring the right designers is hard. Getting fast, strategic, and amazing design work is even harder. And often design is not treated as the powerful tool it can be, a real differentiator for businesses.
We are just getting started but our goal is clear: We want to create digital experiences for people who really want to be part of the work. People who want to make decisions, take ownership, and see projects move from idea to reality.
We are excited to share our journey here on the Lysch blog, the wins, the challenges, and everything we learn along the way. This is just the beginning and we want you to be part of it.
